Guess who's back?

As a person who's two necks deep into Video Game history, I'm very interested in knowing how Capcom is going to play this revival. You see, SF2 crowded the arcades, creating one of the greatest subcultures in videogame history. It's only console hit was Street Fighter 2 for the SNES, IMHO. The driving force in Street Fighter culture is EVO2K, and if you're not sure about where SF culture is at, I strongly suggest to take a trip to that website. If you haven't followed EVO2K, then you have at least seen the acclaimed and fanboyed video of Daigo vs. Justin:



Street Fighter culture is not a thumb-played gameosphere, people have custom arcade sized joysticks built/purchased for maximum control. All embedding aside, I'm REALLY curious to see where Capcom will be releasing this first: the living room, or the mall. If you built it... will they come back?
