WHAT, is the meaning of this?

So I'm on my last.fm page.. and there's this add. And sometimes, things look so ridiculous that it'll get clicks just because it's GOT to be a joke. Here, is the banner in question:

What's with the slogan, and what's with the near skinhead looking bloke on the right? And so I click, and wind up on LightningHebrew.com.

Here is the bullet list:
  • Hebrew instruction that's proven effective by government testing
  • 70 fluency oriented lessons, all digitally mastered
  • Audio lessons already in Mp3 format, ready for use on your iPod
  • Hebrew Instruction backed by 40 years of development
  • Your choice of formats: Compact Disc or Instant Download
Really? The goverment has a secret lab where they test language tapes.. sorry.. mp3s, on random people? If the government is so effective, then why is it 40 years in the making? What is it that makes the government take 40 years to accomplish what any other Jewish educational establishment has been successfully teaching since the beginning of time? If this was on TV, I think the phones would be ringing off the hook, and it wouldn't be for subscriptions.

But I mean, anything is possible, especially in the age of movies such fine movies as...

Hebrew Hammer

"Shabatt Shalom, mama"

I'm trying to understand.. I still don't get it. :( We need help on this one.

Although the face looks like Dominic Purcell from Prison break. http://imdb.com/name/nm0700712/

Must be a clue to an ARG.
